Harris County Precinct 4 Constables 

The Constables are contracted to patrol our neighborhoods 24 hours a day.  If you see them in the neighborhood get to know them they are here to serve and protect you. You can help them patrol our community by reporting any suspicious activity or vehicles.  Another measure used by the Constables to identify vehicles that should be or not be in our community is the WWL Sticker like the one up above that should be placed on the upper left hand side of your rear view window.
