Grounds Committee Mission 

The Grounds Committee oversees the landscape maintenance of all three lakes, paths and common areas.  If you have an eye for how to enhance our common grounds, this committee is for you. It also awards a  Yard of the Month winner in each of the four sections. Anyone wanting to make a change to a common area such as trimming by the lakes or landscaping  in the mailbox areas needs to submit a Common Area Modification Request Form to the Grounds Committee for approval. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of even numbered months (for example, February, April, June, etc.) at 7:30PM. Everyone is welcome to attend so watch for posted signs at the entrances of our community for the dates and meeting location.
